Programme licence
Participation grants a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to market and resell BuildMyBot products approved for the programme. Ownership of BuildMyBot software, branding, licensing infrastructure and intellectual property remains with BuildMyBot.
Dedicated Discord integration
The reseller must operate a dedicated reseller Discord server and keep the BuildMyBot integration installed with the permissions designated as required. Removing the integration, removing required permissions or intentionally interfering with compliance checks may automatically suspend reseller privileges.
Compliance monitoring
BuildMyBot may monitor programme-related server configuration, integration health, required channels or panels, reseller status and sale records needed to protect customers and the programme. Customer DMs and unrelated private conversations are not part of this monitoring.
Sales and BuildMyBot share
The reseller collects payment from their customer and is responsible for paying BuildMyBot the agreed share of qualifying sales within the applicable settlement period. New reseller sales may be suspended when commission is overdue or when the unpaid balance limit is reached.
Customer protection
Legitimate customer licences remain attached to the customer even if the reseller is later suspended or removed from the programme.
Automated compliance notices
Compliance, suspension and revocation notices may use BuildMyBot brand-styled, informal, humorous or sarcastic wording. That wording does not change the underlying enforcement reason or effect.
Enforcement
BuildMyBot may suspend or revoke reseller access for material programme breaches, integration tampering, fraud, misrepresentation, non-payment of agreed BuildMyBot share, or other documented violations of the Reseller Agreement.
