Permanent licence
A purchase grants a limited, permanent licence to use the delivered version of the product on its registered Discord application and server.
Updates
Every purchase includes 14 days of feature updates from delivery. Critical security and serious fault fixes may remain available. Membership provides future feature updates and major upgrades for owned products. Any version legitimately received remains owned after membership ends.
Hosting
Products are self-hosted. BuildMyBot does not provide or manage third-party hosting accounts.
Acceptable use
Products may not be leaked, redistributed, resold, rebranded for resale, used to bypass licensing, or used for unlawful or malicious activity. Licences may be suspended or revoked following evidence-based review of a serious breach.
Payments
Purchases are final once confirmed, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Prices are charged in GBP. Payments are accepted through PayPal only and are manually verified by authorised BuildMyBot staff in Discord.
